基于偏相干分析的冰箱噪声源识别

摘要: 对冰箱产品进行减振降噪,首先要对冰箱噪声源准确识别、分离和量化。根据冰箱产品噪声源与传递路径,应用基于偏相干法的噪声源识别技术,用于识别噪声源。针对某冰箱噪声问题,构建多输入单输出系统模型,通过分析噪声源之间的偏相干系数,识别出贡献较大的噪声源。通过对主要噪声源进行控制,实现冰箱整机的降噪。

Abstract: The premise of vibration and noise reduction in refrigerators is the accurate identification, separation and quantification of noise sources. According to the noise source and transmission path of refrigerator products, the noise source identification technology based on partial coherence method is applied to identify the noise source. Aiming at the noise problem of a refrigerator, a multi-input single-output system model is constructed, and the noise sources with larger contributions are identified by analyzing the partial coherence coefficient between the noise sources. By reducing the noise of the main noise source, the noise reduction of the refrigerator is realized.
