一种臭氧除菌双级升压高频电源(自激半桥式+BOOST拓扑)技术研究与应用

摘要: 随着电源产品的广泛应用,对电源的效率和可靠性的技术研究也越发的重要。作为臭氧除菌装置的电源,能够持续稳定的电解产生臭氧O3除菌,需要电源能够产生AC 4000 V的电压,且要求体积小、效率高、稳定性好,传统电源的变换结构LLC移相全桥、软开关等技术已不能满足要求。为解决这些问题,提出了一种新型电源拓扑结构,即双级升压高频电源(自激半桥式+BOOST升压)。并对其工作原理、参数设计等进行了详细的分析和重点研究,以及在实际产品上的应用做了详细阐述,并得到了理想结果。为后续电源设计推广提供理论依据和实际应用提供典范。

Abstract: With the extensive application of power supply, it is more and more important to research the efficientcy and reliability of power supply, as the power supply of O3 sterilization device, required AC 4000 V voltaged, limited space, high efficiency, good stability. the traditional power convertor with the technology of LLC phase-shifting full-bridge, soft switching and so on can not get the requirements, in ordor to solve these problems, a new-type topology of power supply is proposed, two-stage boost and high frequency power supply. the working principle, parameter design and so on are analyzed detailed and researched importantly, the application of products are described in detail, and get ideal results, it provides a theoretical basis and a power promation model for practical application.
