冰箱大尺寸离心风机风道结构降噪设计研究

摘要: 随着高端冰箱产品容积不断增大和深冷技术的开发应用,冰箱离心风机尺寸及工作转速由于制冷性能需求不断提升,但大尺寸风机匹配风道后的噪声问题愈发突出。针对大尺寸离心风机风道开展结构设计及噪声产生机理分析,通过仿真计算与实验测试相结合的方法,明确影响噪声的关键设计因素。通过大尺寸离心风机风道结构的降噪设计,达到噪声与性能平衡,使产品声品质满足用户需求。

Abstract: With the increasing volume of high-end refrigerator and the development of cryogenic technology, the size and working speed of centrifugal fan are increasing due to the demand of refrigeration performance, so the noise problem of large size fan become more and more prominent. The noise mechanism of the large size centrifugal fan and duct are investigated, through the simulation calculation and experimental testing, the critical factors in affecting noise are identified. By structure design of large size centrifugal fan duct, a balance between the performance and noise is achieved, which makes the performance meet the user requirements.
