气流激振作用下新风空调器气动噪声的优化研究

摘要: 为提升新风音质体验,以新风模块为研究对象,通过噪声源识别和模态分析方法,在腔体非接触面设置加强筋、腔内设置导流锥,以此优化风腔模态及内部气流组织,改善高速入流冲击所致的低频辐射噪声。验证结果表明,在同转速下新风量提升3 m³/h,避开了激振频率,激振峰值降低15 dB(A)以上,有效改善新风模块腔体声,提升了室内音质体验性。

Abstract: In order to improve the sound quality experience of fresh air, the fresh air module is taken as the research object, through the noise source identification and modal analysis methods, reinforcement ribs are set up on the non-contact surface of the cavity and a shunt cone is set in the cavity, so as to optimize the mode of the air cavity and the internal air flow organization, and improve the low-frequency radiated noise caused by the high-speed inflow impact. The verification results show that at the same speed, the fresh air volume is increased by 3 m³/h, avoiding the excitation frequency and the excitation peak value is reduced by more than 15 dB(A), which effectively improves the cavity sound of the fresh air module and improves the experience of indoor sound quality.
