某天井机排水泵噪声分析与改善

摘要: 以某天井机排水泵为研究对象,分析了排水泵噪声的组成,从激励源和传递路径对其空载噪声和排水噪声进行了分析与改善。通过更改叶轮、增加胶圈有效改善了排水泵的空载噪声,通过对比不同叶片数、不同叶片高度、叶片边缘开孔三种因素,对排水泵的排水噪声进行了改善。研究结果为后续排水泵低噪声设计提供指导。

Abstract: Taking the Patio air conditioning drainage pump as the research object, and analyzing the noise composition of the drainage pump. The idling noise and drainage noise are analyzed and improved from the source and transfer path analysis. The idling noise of the pump is effectively improved by changing the impeller and adding rubber rings. The drainage noise of the pump is improved by comparing the number of blades, blade height and blade edge opening. The research provide guidance for the subsequent low-noise design of Patio air conditioning pump.
