一种单电机驱动双叶轮吸油烟机油烟逃逸的研究

摘要: 以当前的欧式平板吸油烟机为例,目前市面上吸油烟机普遍存在的一个问题是:吸油烟机在左右两侧吸烟情况有差别,一般来说(需根据内部结构判定),出风口在左侧,则左侧吸烟效果差一些;在右侧,则右侧吸烟效果差一些,这是由蜗壳结构决定的。为解决市场痛点,现考虑改变吸烟结构,采用双叶轮和单个电机,同时使用齿轮链接的方式,不仅可以解决吸烟不均衡问题,也可以降低油烟的逃逸量,采用虚拟仿真和实验验证可以实现智能交互设备——油烟逃逸记录仪,可以解决市场痛点并很好的优化内部的结构,从而实现整个控制系统的最优输出,相对于双电机双叶轮来说极大降低了成本。

Abstract: Taking the current European type flat range hood as an example, a common problem with the range hood in the market is that there is a difference in smoking between the left and right sides of the range hood. Generally speaking (it should be determined according to the internal structure), if the air outlet is on the left, the smoking effect on the left is worse, and if it is on the right, the smoking effect on the right is worse, which is determined by the spiral case structure. In order to solve the market pain point, we are considering to change the smoking structure, adopt double impeller and single motor, and use gear link at the same time, which can not only solve the problem of uneven smoking, but also reduce the escape amount of oil smoke. We use virtual simulation and experimental verification to confirm that we can realize the intelligent interactive device——oil smoke escape recorder. This can solve the market pain points and optimize the internal structure, so as to achieve the optimal output of the whole control system, which greatly reduces the cost compared with double motor and double impeller.
