电热水器24 h固有能耗系数的仿真分析

摘要: 储水式电热水器24 h固有能耗系数对产品能效等级影响较大,为了研究提升能效等级的方法,对储水式电热水器进行了流固耦合传热仿真,分析降低电热水器24 h固有能耗系数的优化方向,提供了具体的解决方案,并通过建立的CFD仿真分析方法验证了方案的有效性。内胆支架优化方案可有效使24 h固有能耗系数降低0.008。内胆缩小1 mm和内胆向下移动1 mm这两种方案可分别使24 h固有能耗系数有效降低0.024和0.015。

Abstract: The 24-hour inherent energy consumption coefficient of water storage electric water heater has a great impact on the energy efficiency grade of products. In order to study the method of improving the energy efficiency grade, the fluid solid coupling heat transfer simulation of water storage electric water heater is carried out, the optimization direction of reducing the 24-hour inherent energy consumption coefficient of electric water heater is analyzed, and several specific solutions are provided. The effectiveness of the scheme is verified by the established CFD simulation analysis method. The optimization scheme of liner support can effectively reduce the 24-hour inherent energy consumption coefficient by 0.008. The two schemes of reducing the liner by 1 mm and moving the liner down by 1 mm can effectively reduce the 24-hour inherent energy consumption coefficient by 0.024 and 0.015, respectively.
