摘要: 电压力锅是在电饭锅基础上结合普通压力锅优点换代后的产品,其解决了压力锅的压力安全问题,锅内压力的升高可以加快食物的烹饪过程,节省烹饪时间。电压力锅能效标准的实施可以为行业提供标准依据,推动电压力锅厂家改进产品,有助于电压力锅行业的健康发展。研究可为电压力锅生产企业实验室和第三方检测机构控制测试过程以及提升测量精度提供参考。

Abstract: The electric pressure cooker is an upgraded product based on the rice cooker combined with the advantages of the ordinary pressure cooker. It solves the pressure safety problem of the pressure cooker. The increase of the pressure in the pot can speed up the cooking process of the food and save the cooking time. The implementation of electric pressure cooker energy efficiency standards can provide a standard basis for the industry, promote electric pressure cooker manufacturers to improve their products, and contribute to the healthy development of the electric pressure cooker industry. The research can provide a reference for the laboratory of electric pressure cooker manufacturers and third-party testing institutions to control the testing process and improve the measurement accuracy.
