交流换气扇能效测试的不确定度分析

摘要: 交流换气扇的能效按照GB 32049-2015标准要求进行测试。测试设备、测试环境、测试方法、检测人员等因素对换气扇空气流量测试和能效测试影响较大。不确定度本质是测量技术水平、测试人员能力所限造成的,通过换气扇能效值测量不确定度的评定,发现风量测试装置的喷嘴差压和喷嘴的尺寸偏差为主要影响因素,实验室可以从这两个方面进行分析,制定相应的改善方案和质量控制计划,提高实验室的相关检测能力和测试准确度。

Abstract: The energy efficiency of the AC ventilation fan is tested according to the requirements of the GB 32049-2015 standard. Factors such as testing equipment, testing environment, testing methods, and testing personnel have a greater impact on the ventilation fan air flow test and energy efficiency test. The essence of uncertainty is caused by the level of measurement technology and the ability of testers. Through the evaluation of the uncertainty of the ventilation fan energy efficiency value measurement, it is found that the differential pressure of the nozzle of the air volume test device and the size deviation of the nozzle are the main influencing factors. The laboratory can learn from these two factors, analyze each aspect, formulate corresponding improvement plans and quality control plans, and improve the relevant testing capabilities and test accuracy of the laboratory.
