导风板截面形状对空调室内机性能影响的研究

摘要: 以分体式空调室内机的导风板为研究对象,采用CFD软件,分别对3种不同截面形状的导风板方案进行数值模拟,得到了相应的空调室内机风道系统的流场,分析并重点阐述了不同导风板截面形状对室内机出口处流场的影响,为导风板的优化设计提供理论依据。试验结果表明:在低风档、导风板打开角度为55°时,具有翼型截面导风板的机组的风量、噪声、凝露等性能均更优。

Abstract: The wind deflector of indoor unit of split-type air conditioner was selected as the research object, and the CFD software was used to numerically simulate the wind deflector in three kinds of cross-sectional shape. The flow field inside the indoor unit of air conditioner was acquired, and the influence of the flow field at the outside by wind deflector with difference section was analyzed. The theoretical basis was provided for the optimization design of the wind deflector. The performance of air volume, noise and condensation of the indoor unit of air conditioning at low revolution speed and the 55° opened angle was better by use the wind deflector with airfoil section through experimental verification.
