摘要: 随着空调产品的普及,人们对空调产品的舒适性要求越来越高,其中空调凝露成为人们重点关注和产品侍需解决的问题之一。通过对变频壁挂机在不同湿度,不同风摆角度以及不同压缩机频率下的试验研究,分析不同参数对凝露的影响。结果表明,变频机在较低湿度下降低压缩机频率可以有效解决凝露问题,而风板角度不仅影响出风温度的高低,还影响出风口的流场特性,从而影响凝露的产生。在高湿度的环境下,需综合调整各项参数,使其达到最优的防凝露效果。

Abstract: With the popularity of air-conditioning products, people have higher and higher requirements for the comfort of air-conditioning products, among which air-conditioning condensation has become one of the problems that people focus on and need to solve. The influence of different parameters on condensation is analyzed through the experimental study of the variable frequency wall-mounted machine under different humidity, different wind swing angles and different compressor frequencies. The results show that the frequency converter can effectively solve the condensation problem by reducing the compressor frequency under low humidity, and the angle of the air plate not only affects the temperature of the outlet air, but also affects the flow field characteristics of the outlet, thereby affecting the generation of condensation. In a high humidity environment, it is necessary to comprehensively adjust various parameters to achieve the optimal anti-condensation effect.
