摘要: 感应加热具有加热速度快,能源利用率高,安全可靠等优越性能,在大量行业获得了广泛的应用。以单相半桥电路为主拓扑,针对家用领域,详细分析了半桥谐振电路的工作原理,并通过理论分析给出了电路设计注意事项并辅以仿真进行说明。最后制作了3 kW样机进行实验,实验证明了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract: Induction heating has superior performance such as fast heating speed, high energy utilization, safety and reliability, and has been widely used in a large number of industries. The working principle of the half-bridge resonant circuit is analyzed in detail with a single-phase half-bridge circuit as the main topology, and the circuit design considerations are given through theoretical analysis and illustrated with simulations for the domestic field. Finally, a 3 kW prototype is fabricated for experiments, and the experiments prove the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
