钎焊铝渗铜失效研究

摘要: 针对生产过程中空调换热器翅片与铜管互熔泄漏问题,结合泄漏故障件对铝渗铜腐蚀特点及机理进行分析,并通过规范过程设计、操作处理,杜绝换热器翅片烧熔与铜管互熔现象。研究表明,通过规范加热角度、调整铜管焊点受热顺序及换热器B值尺寸设计管控,可明显降低换热器翅片烧熔,为空调换热器产品的铝渗铜防护提供有效的管控手段。

Abstract: In view of the intermelting leakage of fin and copper tube of air conditioner heat exchanger in the production process, the characteristics and mechanism of copper infiltration corrosion of aluminum are analyzed in combination with the leakage fault parts, and the inter melting phenomenon of fin and copper tube of heat exchanger is eliminated through standardized process design and operation treatment. The results show that the fin melting of heat exchanger can be significantly reduced by regulating the heating angle, adjusting the heating sequence of copper tube solder joints and designing and controlling the size of B value of heat exchanger, which provides an effective control method for the protection of aluminum copper penetration of air conditioner heat exchanger products.
