Solution of air-conditioner condensation problem based on bionic functional structure

摘要: 应用超疏水仿生功能结构于空调器导风板之上,用于解决空调器制冷时出风口的凝露问题,通过超疏水材质表面润湿特性及微观结构特征,对仿生功能结构防凝露机理的分析,结合塑料件模具注塑成型及加工条件,合理设计仿生功能结构,从而来验证仿生功能结构采用注塑模具成型对空调器防凝露设计解决方案的可行性。

Abstract: The super hydrophobic bionic function structure is applied to the air conditioner wind deflector, used to solve the problem of air conditioner refrigeration outlet when condensation, by super hydrophobic material surface wetting properties and microstructure characteristics, analysis of the bionic function structure prevent condensation mechanism, combining with the plastic mold injection molding and processing conditions, reasonable design of bionic structure function, to verify the feasibility of the solution of anti-condensing design for air conditioner by injection mold forming of bionic functional structure.
