分体式挂壁空调凝露性能分析和优化

摘要: 空调产品设计对空调凝露有较大影响,从空调产品开发角度,基于空调凝露的原理,阐述了部分空调产品在凝露设计的时候由于蒸发器各个支路冷媒流量不均匀,各个支路冷媒流量偏小,空调出风口、扫风叶片零件结构设计不合理,蒸发器与底壳装配面不够密封从而导致的空调凝露现象,并从热力学原理分析,提出在开发的时候需重点关注流路设计和空调节流装置设计,出风口结构件使用康达效应原理进行设计,并阐述扫风叶片开槽的凝露解决方案,建议蒸发器与壳体配合处增加迷宫凹凸槽,从而增加密封性减少凝露。

Abstract: Air conditioning product design has a great impact on air conditioning condensation. From the perspective of air conditioning product development and based on the principle of air conditioning condensation, this paper expounds that in the condensation design of some air conditioning products, due to the uneven refrigerant flow of each branch of evaporator, the refrigerant flow of each branch is too small, and the structural design of air conditioning outlet and scavenging blade parts is unreasonable. The condensation phenomenon of air conditioner caused by insufficient sealing between the assembly surface of evaporator and bottom shell. Based on the analysis of thermodynamic principle, it is proposed that the flow path design and air conditioning throttling device design should be paid attention to during development, the structural parts of air outlet should be designed based on the principle of CONDA effect, and the condensation solution of slotting scavenging blades is described. It is suggested to add labyrinth concave convex groove at the coordination between evaporator and shell, so as to increase the tightness and reduce condensation.
