代数螺线在涡旋压缩机上应用分析

摘要: 涡旋压缩机型线设计对于压缩机性能及可靠性影响较大。为研究代数螺线型线的优势,对代数螺线形成型线、壁厚等重要参数进行几何推导及原理说明,并通过代数螺线型线涡旋产品与圆渐开线型线涡旋产品进行理论计算及试验对比,得出代数螺线型线具有一些明显优势。代数螺线是一种可变壁厚的结构,通过壁厚改变提高涡卷强度,从而提升可靠性。在吸气容积一定的条件下,可提升压缩机性能。

Abstract: Spiral design of scroll compressor plays an important role in compressor performance and reliability. In order to study the advantages of algebraic spirals, the meaning of algebraic spirals and wall thickness can be easily understood through geometric derivation and principle introduction. Through the theoretical calculation and experimental comparison of the algebraic spiral scroll product and the circular involute scroll product, it is concluded that the algebraic spiral has some obvious advantages. Algebraic spiral is a variable wall thickness structure that enhances the reliability by changing the vortex strength. Under certain conditions of inspiratory volume, compressor performance can be improved.
