空调舒适风感及一种实现方案

摘要: 空调制冷时的冷风直吹往往会造成人体不适,进而引起感冒等疾病,因此对于空调舒适风感的研究具有积极的现实意义。首先对市面上现有的防止空调冷风直吹的方案进行了分析总结,并阐述了其技术特征。同时,基于技术探讨和作者的自身认识,对一款已量产的分体挂壁空调内机进行了改造,主要是基于对导风板形状尺寸的更改,并使用fluent软件对更改方案进行了流场模拟分析,初步验证了改进后的方案在制冷模式、制热模式下均可以实现舒适风感的效果。

Abstract: The direct blowing of cold air in air conditioning often causes discomfort to human body, and then causes cold and other diseases. Therefore, the research on comfortable wind feeling of air conditioning has positive practical significance. Firstly, the paper analyzes and summarizes the existing schemes to prevent the direct blowing of cold air from air conditioning, and expounds its technical characteristics. Based on the technical discussion and the author's technical level, a mass-produced split wall-mounted air conditioner was transformed, mainly based on the change of the shape and size of the air deflector, and the flow field simulation analysis of the change scheme was analyzed by using FLUENT, which preliminarily verified that the new scheme can achieve the effect of comfortable wind feeling in cooling mode and heating mode.
