摘要: 建立起多联辐射空调系统内部流动的离散理论模型,采用双向迭代算法求解模型控制方程,研究了系统内部分歧管在不同Re数下静压分布和流量分配的均匀性问题。研究结果表明:相同Re数下,分歧管内部冷媒流量分配沿流动方向呈递增式偏流分配,且Re数的增加加剧了冷媒的偏流分配。为克服这种冷媒偏流分配引发的制热不均匀性,从结构设计和控制逻辑两方面措施加以改进,有效提升了冷媒分配的均匀性。

Abstract: A discrete theoretical model of the internal flow in the Multi-radiation air conditioning system is established, and the control equation of the model is solved by bidirectional iterative algorithm. The uniformity of the static pressure distribution and flow distribution of the refrigerant in the system under different Re numbers is studied. The results show that under the same Re number, the distribution of refrigerant in the branch pipe presents an incremental bias distribution along the flow direction, and the increase of Re number intensifies the bias distribution of refrigerant. In order to overcome the heating inhomogeneity caused by the bias distribution of refrigerant, puts forward two solutions to improve the uniformity of refrigerant distribution from the aspects of structure design and control logic.
