变频空调恒温除湿功能研究

Research on constant temperature dehumidification function of inverter air conditioner

摘要: 空调在常规的除湿模式运行时,除湿的同时会伴随着温度的下降而造成人体不适。因此,研究可实现恒温除湿功能的空调器对改善人居环境有着重要的意义。本研究的基本方案是:在除湿制冷的同时,开启室内机自带的电加热元件,再通过调节压缩机频率,使房间冷热平衡,实现恒温除湿。测试结果表明,该功能不仅能有效地进行除湿,还能将房间温度波动控制在±1℃内,提高用户使用空调除湿功能的舒适度。

Abstract: When the air conditioner operates in the conventional dehumidification mode, dehumidification will cause human discomfort with the decrease of temperature. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the air conditioner which can realize the function of constant temperature and dehumidification to improve the living environment. The basic scheme of this study is: at the same time of dehumidification and refrigeration, turn on the electric heating element of the indoor unit, and then adjust the compressor frequency to cold and heat of the room and achieve constant temperature dehumidification. The test results show that this function can not only effectively dehumidify, but also control the room temperature fluctuation within ±1℃, so as to improve the comfort of users using the dehumidification function of air conditioning.
