摘要: 针对微波炉各个零部件对整机装配间隙与段差的影响,在CETOL软件中对各个零部件进行装配约束,结合图纸设定尺寸公差值,从而构建出微波炉整机公差仿真三维模型。在设定整机的间隙与段差目标值基础上,通过敏感度与贡献度分析得出影响整机间隙与段差的关键尺寸,结合生产工艺实际水平,对关键尺寸公差进行合理优化,从而解决产品间隙与段差过大这一装配问题,提升装配精度。

Abstract: :Focusing on the impact of each component of microwave oven on the clearance and gap in the assembly process. Assembly constraints and dimensional tolerances are applied to the components according to the drawings, the three-dimensional tolerances analysis mode is established in CETOL. In the basis of setting the target value of the clearance and gap of the model. The critical dimension impacting the clearance and gap were founded through sensitivity and contribution value analysis. The reasonable optimization of critical dimensional tolerances is putting forward according to the actual manufacturing process level, thus solve the assembly problem of excessive clearance and gap in product and improve the assembly accuracy.
