变频空调APF提升研究

Research on APF improving for inverter air conditioner

摘要: APF是评价变频空调节能与否的主要指标。近年来,业内对如何提升APF做了大量的研究工作,新的能效标准GB 21455-2019也已于2020年7月1日正式实施。研究组通过模拟计算以及实验验证相结合的方法,从压缩机频率、内风机转速、外风机转速等运行参数出发,对参与新能效APF计算的7个工况进行逐一分析,得出了影响变频空调APF的主要因素,由此指出了量产机型在运行参数方面的不合理之处,并提出了相应的改善方案。测试结果表明,通过运行参数的优化设计,整机APF提升了约2%,实现了提效的目的,同时也为变频空调APF的持续改善提供了思路。

Abstract: APF is the main index to evaluate the energy saving of variable frequency air conditioner. In recent years, the air-conditioning engineer has done a lot of research work on how to improve APF, and the new energy efficiency standard GB 21455-2019 has been formally implemented on July 1, 2020. The team verified the method through simulation calculation and experiment, starting from the compressor frequency, indoor unit fan speed, outdoor unit fan speed and other operating parameters, the seven working conditions involved in the calculation of the new energy efficiency APF are analyzed one by one, and find out the main factors affecting the APF of the variable frequency air conditioner. From this, the irrationality of the mass production model in operation is pointed out, and the corresponding improvement scheme is put forward. The test results show that through the optimization design, the APF is increased by about 2%, and the purpose of improving efficiency is realized. At the same time, it also provides ideas for the continuous improvement of APF of variable frequency air conditioning.
