摘要: 冰箱压缩机气缸盖螺钉预紧力会产生缸孔变形,缸孔变形大小对压缩机性能和可靠性有较大影响。文章主要建立了一种分析冰箱压缩机缸盖螺钉力引起的缸孔变形的数值方法,通过有限元方法建立压缩机相关模型,在缸盖螺钉上施加预紧力后,分析缸孔变形大小,从而判断曲轴箱缸孔处的刚性是否合理,对往复式压缩机曲轴箱设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: The pretightening force of the screw in the cylinder head of the refrigerator compressor causes the deformation of the cylinder hole, which has a great inpact on the compressor’s performance and reliability. This paper mainly establishes a numerical method for analyzing the cylinder deformation caused by the screw force of the cylinder head’s. The numerical model of the compressor is established by the finite element method. The cylinder head screw is preloaded, and the deformation of the cylinder bore is analyzed, so as to judge whether the stiffness of the crankcase cylinder is reasonable, which has a some guiding significance for the design of the reciprocating compressor crankcase.
