基于有限元仿真的不同材质冰箱门体研究

Research on refrigerator door with different materials based on finite element simulation

摘要: 目前对于冰箱门体的研究,主要集中在门体强度与变形改善等方面,门体厚度方向尺寸相对较大。门体厚度和材质的不同,与门体强度的相关性研究也较少。针对此类问题,以现有冰箱门体为研究对象,对不同材质面板的冰箱门体,按照同等幅度对厚度进行减薄,研究变形量的变化情况。通过仿真对比分析,门体减薄同样厚度后,彩板门体与玻璃门体的变形情况。并通过试验验证,彩板门体变形量明显比玻璃门体要小,符合仿真结果,进一步验证了门体面板采用彩板替代的可行性。

Abstract: At present, the research on the refrigerator door mainly focuses on the improvement of the strength and deformation of the door, and the door has a relatively large dimension in the thickness direction. The thickness and material of the door body are different, and the correlation between the door body strength and the strength of the door body is also less researched. Aiming at such problems, taking the existing refrigerator door body as the research object, the refrigerator door body with different material panels is thinned according to the same amplitude, and the change of the deformation amount is studied. Through simulation comparison and analysis, after the door body is thinned to the same thickness, the deformation of the color panel door body and the glass door body. And it was verified through experiments that the deformation of the color panel door body is obviously smaller than that of the glass door body, which is in line with the simulation results, which further verifies the feasibility of replacing the door panel with color panels.
