基于跌落仿真的冰箱包装优化设计

Refrigerator packaging optimization design based on drop simulation

摘要: 根据试验标准对冰箱进行跌落仿真分析。仿真结果显示原包装泡沫进行跌落时,由于包装结构设计不合理,导致压机支撑板超过屈服应力而变形,无法通过跌落测试。结合仿真分析与动力学相关理论,提出底座优化设计方案。优化方案仿真结果显示,支撑板无明显变形,可通过跌落试验,最终优化方案一次通过试验。通过仿真分析与优化,既降低了包装成本,又提高了包装对产品的防护能力。

Abstract: The drop simulation analysis refrigerator of the refrigerator is carried out in accordance with the test standard. The simulation results show that due to the unreasonable design of the original packaging structure, the support plate of the press is deformed beyond the yield stress and cannot pass the drop test. Combined with simulation analysis and dynamics theory, the optimal design scheme of the base is proposed. The simulation results of the optimization scheme show that the support plate has no obvious deformation and can pass the drop test, and the final optimization scheme can pass the test at one time. Not only is the packaging cost reduced through simulation analysis and optimization, but the packaging's ability to protection products is also improved.
