吸气阀片对制冷压缩机整机性能影响精细化研究

Light commercial compressor suction valve refinement effects on the compressor performance

摘要: 本文对某型号轻型商用压缩机在用吸气阀片进行腰部尺寸细调,设计两款吸气阀片,通过仿真计算得到吸气阀片腰部尺寸细微变化下吸排气阀片的运动规律和整机质量流量、输入功率、制冷量、COP等关键参数的对比值,同时开展两款吸气阀片的整机测试,完成仿真值与整机测试值的对比验证,验证了仿真值的准确度。结果显示,吸气阀片腰部细调引起刚度微小变化,影响吸气阀片在运动过程中关闭角度,刚度较大的吸气阀片能较为及时关闭,关闭角度提早2.68°,减小吸气侧回流量,有助于增大整机的制冷量,但引起输入功率的增加,最终使得刚度较小的吸气阀片整机COP较高,提高约0.005,本研究结论为当下压缩机进一步提效和阀组可靠性设计提供思路和依据。

Abstract: According to we finely adjust the suction valve of a type of light commercial compressor and design two kinds of suction valve. The input power, cooling capacity, coefficient of performance (COP) were obtained and analyzed, and verified by the test. The results show that the waist adjustment of the suction valve causes slight changes on the stiffness, which affects the closing angle of the suction valve in the process of movement. The suction valve with higher stiffness can be closed more timely, and the closing angle is 2.68° earlier, which reduces the back flow of the suction side, helps to increase the cooling capacity of the compressor, but causes the increase of the total input power. Finally, the COP of the suction valve with lower stiffness is higher, with an increase of about 0.005. The research conclusions provide ideas and basis for the further efficiency improvement of the compressor and the reliability design of the compressor valve.
