转子压缩机快速重启技术的研究与应用

Study and application of rotary compressor with fast restart solution

摘要: 针对北美风管机non-bleed TXV系统的特点,提出了转子压缩机快速重启的技术解决方案,并完成了实验验证。首先测试并分析了系统在停机后的压力变化情况,结合系统应用要求,设计了转子压缩机增加电磁三通阀的技术解决方案,并根据方案原理,设计了三通阀的阀芯复位结构并说明了其工作原理。最后,搭载北美风管机系统完成了验证实验。结果显示,新的三通阀的复位设计可靠有效,方案在停机后的系统保压效果良好,停机3 min后压缩机吸排气侧压力平衡并可重启。

Abstract: Base on the characteristic of N.A. unitary air conditioner with non-bleed TXV as throttle valve, raised a fast restart solution for rotary compressor as well as the test validation. Firstly tested and analyzed the pressure change curve after the system is turned off, and then considered the application demand, proposed the technical solution by adding solenoid valve to rotary compressor. Thirdly, designed a new three-way valve by added a resetting spring on one side of the valve core. Lastly, accomplished the validation test of this solution on the unitary system which using a rotary compressor. According to the test result, the resetting design works well and the solution not only has good pressure maintaining function of HEX but also can achieve pressure balance within 3 min which lets compressor properly start up.
