相变蓄冷商超冷柜的性能研究

摘要: 随着环境保护的要求和节能减排技术的发展,商超冷柜的节能问题受到了广泛关注。相变蓄冷技术能实现能量的空间和时间的转移,将其应用在商超冷柜的蒸发器方面,具有一定的节能价值。选择相变温度和相变潜热合适的NaCl溶液作为相变蓄冷材料,通过热负荷计算确定蓄冷材料的添加量。在不同工况下,实验对比添加蓄冷材料前后运行过程中试验包温度波动、冷柜功率及耗电量的变化,从而分析系统的节能性和经济性。结果表明,添加蓄冷材料的冷柜在环境温度25℃和0℃下可以延缓温升幅度,最高可达42.17%,节省能耗最高可达4.87%。

Abstract: With the development of environmental protection and energy conservation and emission reduction technology, the energy saving of supermarket freezing cabinet has been widely concerned. Phase change storage technology can realize the transfer of energy space and time, and it has certain energy saving value when applied to evaporator of supermarket freezing cabinet. The NaCl solution with suitable phase change temperature and latent heat was chosen as phase change cooling material, and the amount of the material was determined by the calculation of heat load. The temperature fluctuation, power and power consumption of the cooling cabinet are compared in different working conditions, so as to analyze the energy saving and economy of the system. The results show that the temperature rise of the supermarket freezing cabinet with the addition of the storage material can be delayed up to 42.17% at the ambient temperature of 25℃ and 0℃, and the energy consumption can be saved up to 4.87%.
