应力和食用油作用下冰箱内胆材料耐腐蚀研究

摘要: 目前冰箱内胆主要是高抗冲击聚苯乙烯(HIPS)材质,在冰箱生产和用户使用过程中,会发生一些内胆开裂的问题,会对冰箱的销售和使用产生不利的影响。对于冰箱内胆来说,施加外应力或者化学腐蚀都能够使得高光HIPS力学性能下降,尤其是同时叠加外应力和化学腐蚀时,材料力学性能下降非常明显,最终表现的结果就是内胆开裂。通过对于高光HIPS配方的改进,增加橡胶添加比例和提升橡胶粒径,能够使得力学性能保持率有所提高。同时,通过分析应力和化学腐蚀对高光HIPS和哑光HIPS内胆板材不同配方的影响,并提出了改进的思路。

Abstract: The refrigerator liner is mainly made of HIPS at present. During the production and use of the refrigerator, the liner cracking will occur which will adversely affect the sales and use of the refrigerator. To the refrigerator liner, it is generally believed that there are two main types of refrigerator liner cracking, one is mechanical stress cracking caused by excessive mechanical stress, and the other is chemical stress cracking caused by the increase of internal stress, the stress is mainly caused by chemical medium corrosion, especially when the refrigerator liner under both stress of mechanical and chemical effect. By analyzing the effects of stress and chemical corrosion on the high-gloss and low-gloss HIPS extruded sheets of different formulations, and proposes ideas for the improvement of the inner tank.
