低温环境下油烟机导烟板开闭故障机理分析及解决

摘要: 带自动开合导烟板的侧吸烟机在低温环境下,容易出现导烟板开闭故障。通过试验设计、受力分析、理论计算等手段,复现故障,分析故障机理,发现了推杆电机丝杆与螺套传动副间隙设计不合理的问题,提出了增加传动副的设计间隙以及修改软件逻辑增加推杆的负载能力的解决方案,经过实际验证,方案改善有效。

Abstract: The side range hood with automatic opening and closing guide plate is prone to open and close failure in low temperature environment. By means of test design, force analysis and theoretical calculation, the fault is repeated and the fault mechanism is analyzed. The unreasonable gap design between the screw rod and the screw sleeve transmission pair of the push rod motor is found, the solution of increasing the design clearance of the transmission pair and modifying the software logic to increase the load capacity of the push rod is put forward, through the actual verification, the improvement of the solution is effective.
