双风机吸油烟机风量和静压的研究

摘要: 随着人们生活水平的提高,吸油烟机的性能也逐步提升。吸油烟机的大风量、大静压就成为了当今很多厂家的宣传卖点。通过理论分析、仿真分析和实验分析三个方面研究双风机吸油烟机的风量与静压。研究表明:双风机并联工作的吸油烟机,其最大静压相近,最大风量提高。但是在实际工况下,双风机吸油烟机抵抗管网阻力的能力略差,导致风量不能得到有效提高。

Abstract: :With the improvement of people's living standards, the performance of range hoods has gradually improved. The large air volume and large static pressure of the range hood have become the publicity selling points of many manufacturers today. Research on the air volume and static pressure of the double fan range hood through theoretical analysis, simulation analysis and experimental analysis. The research shows that the maximum static pressure of the dual-fan range hood is similar and the maximum air volume is increased. However, under actual working conditions, the ability of the double-fan range hood to resist the resistance of the pipe network is slightly worse, resulting in an inability to effectively increase the air volume.
