摘要: 基于螺杆压缩机螺钉在整机运行过程中出现异常断裂问题,结合其断面特征,通过材料化学成分分析、硬度分析、抗氢脆试验、金相分析、非金属杂质电镜测试分析等综合分析验证,最终确认其失效原因为螺钉材料中所含的夹杂物过多,及热处理工艺异常,导致螺钉的抗冲击韧性及抗疲劳性能进一步下降,从而导致螺钉断裂;文章对螺钉断裂分析具有一定的借鉴及指导性意义。

Abstract: Based on the abnormal fracture of screw compressor screw in the whole machine operation, combined with its cross section characteristics, the paper has verified the failure reason by comprehensive analysis and verification of chemical composition analysis, hardness analysis, hydrogen embrittlement resistance test, metallographic analysis and non-metallic impurity electron microscope test. The failure reason is that the screw material contains too many inclusions, and the heat treatment process is abnormal and the leading factor is abnormal, the impact toughness and fatigue resistance of the screw are further reduced, which leads to the screw fracture. The paper has certain reference and guidance significance for the fracture analysis of the screw.
