基于PID与载冷技术的存储箱温湿度精确控制研究

摘要: 一般冷藏箱的温度与湿度随开停机有较大的变化,对较好的产品,不同时间不同位置的温度变化范围可以控制到3℃左右,湿度的变化范围会更大一些,有的产品在开机时达到相对湿度50%以下,但停机的时候可能达到90%左右,对于有特殊存储要求的产品,不能满足需要。为了达到该类物品的存储效果,利用水做载冷剂,让载冷剂通过换热器,使换热器的温度在露点温度附近通过PID技术精确控制压缩机转速、散热风扇的转速、载冷剂的温度等,在节能低噪的前提下实现温度与湿度的精准控制。

Abstract: Generally, the temperature and humidity of refrigerators change greatly with startup and shutdown. For better products, the temperature change range at different places at different times can be controlled to about 3℃, and the humidity change range will be larger. Some products reach a relative humidity below 50% when the compressor is running, but it may reach about 90% at shutdown. For products with special storage requirements, it cannot meet the needs. In order to achieve the storage effect of such items, water is used as the refrigerant to let the refrigerant pass through the heat exchanger. The temperature of the heat exchanger is near the dew point temperature, and PID technology is used to accurately control the speed of the compressor, the speed of the cooling fan, the temperature of the refrigerant, etc., so as to achieve accurate control of temperature and humidity.
