单转子压缩机在2P柜机空调上的研究

摘要: 单转子压缩机在柜机空调上应用需求不断提高,但其固有属性存在振动大的问题,尤其在低频下如控制不当,易导致管路应力加重,因而限制了其在柜机空调上广泛应用。设计一种振动抑制控制方式和四通阀管路组合方案,以压缩机吸气管口和排气管口处应力值衡量,得出该组合方案下单转子压缩机可在2P柜机空调上进行应用,从而为单转子压缩机在柜机空调器上可靠应用提供一种参考方法。

Abstract: The requirement of single-rotor compressor application on floor-standing air conditioner continues to grow. However, the severe vibration of single-rotor compressor always occurs with its inherent attribute, especially at low speed with unsuitable control, and it will aggravate the stress of pipe, so the extensive application is impeded. The scheme of four-way valve pipes and one control method of vibration reduction was designed. After comparing the stress of suction pipe and exhaust pipe with the target stress, the results show that the single-rotor compressor can apply to 2P floor-standing air conditioner. The scheme can provide support to the application research on floor-standing air conditioner with single-rotor compressor.
