基于CFD的空调室外交流风机工作点预测研究

The research on working point prediction of air conditioning outdoor AC fan based on CFD

摘要: 风机作为空调的关键核心部件,其效率直接影响空调整机能效,提高风机效率、进行正确的风叶设计及选型是提高空调整机能效的关键手段。基于某室外机壳体,采用三维纳维-斯托克斯方程及k-ζ湍流模型,SIMPLE耦合方法,求解风叶的非定常流场获取特性数据,结合电机特性曲线及室外机风阻曲线完成交流风机工作点数据预测。结果显示,预测结果与实验结果相吻合(偏差<5%),可有效指导风叶选型及设计。

Abstract: As the key core component of air conditioner, the efficiency of fan directly affects the energy efficiency of air conditioner. Improving fan efficiency and correct blade design and selection are the key means to improve the energy efficiency of air conditioner. Based on an outdoor enclosure, three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations and k-ζ turbulence model is adopted to achieve unsteady flow solving to obtain the characteristic data of the blades and the SIMPLE algorithm is selected to solve the pressure-velocity combinations. The working point data of fan is predicted with the help of the motor characteristic curve and the wind resistance curve of air conditioning outdoor unit. The results show that the predicted data coincide with experimental data, the deviation is less than 5%, which can effectively guide the selection and design of fan blade.
