欧盟热水器能效试验中对放水内能控制的研究

摘要: 欧盟热水器能效试验不同于国标热水器标准的特征是能效测试过程需要进行放水,且放水过程不是一次性放水,该试验中关键是要解决对能效测试中放水内能的控制。对影响放水内能控制的测试系统数据采集速率、过程数据处理、试验过程控制三个方面进行了分析研究,提出了欧盟热水器能效试验的方案和放水内能控制策略,并应用到新建的一套欧盟热水器能效测试系统中。通过一台样机的试验数据对比,进一步验证和分析了放水内能控制精度在±2%范围。

Abstract: The characteristic of the energy efficiency test of EU water heater which is different from the national water heater standard is that the energy efficiency test needs to draw off the water, and the draw-off water is not one-time. The key of the test is to solve the control of draw-off water on the energy efficiency test. Analyzes and studies the data acquisition rate, process data processing and test process control of the test system affecting the draw-off water energy content control, puts forward the scheme and the draw-off water energy content control strategy for EU water heater energy efficiency test, and applies it to a new EU water heater energy efficiency test system. Through the test and comparative study for a water heater, the draw-off water energy content control is further verified and analyzed, and the accuracy of draw-off water energy content control reaches ±2%.
