摘要: 为解决燃气热水器中燃烧器火焰摆动的问题,采用数值模拟的方法对火排内部流场进行了仿真计算,结合燃烧实验得到的火焰形态分析得出了火焰摆动的原因,即火孔下端存在漩涡。同时,利用数值模拟验证了通过优化分流槽到火孔之间气流通道结构来解决火焰的摆动问题的可行性,为燃气热水器中燃烧器的设计提供了参考。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the flame swing of the burner in the gas water heater, the numerical simulation method was used to simulate the internal flow field of the fire. Combined with the flame shape analysis obtained from the combustion experiment, the cause of the flame swing is obtained, that is, there is a vortex at the lower end of the fire hole. At the same time, numerical simulation is used to verify the feasibility of solving the flame swing problem by optimizing the structure of the airflow channel between the shunt slot and the fire hole, which provides a reference for the design of the burner in the gas water heater.
