燃气灶流体参数对NOx和CO排放的影响研究

摘要: 借助CFD模拟软件建立大气式燃气灶混合过程数值模拟,通过对一次空气系数的模拟结果与实验测量数据的对比,验证了数值模拟的可靠性。对不同工况下燃气灶混合过程进行模拟计算,分析不同工况下流体力学参数(一次空气系数、混合不均匀度和雷诺数)对燃气灶燃烧性能参数(NOx和CO排放)的影响规律,结果表明降低混合不均匀度对CO排放有抑制,其他两个参数对CO排放有促进作用。所有参数与NOx排放整体规律与CO排放相反,但半开时NOx排放最低,这是由于此工况下燃烧速度快,反应产物和化学物质接触时间短导致。

Abstract: The numerical simulation of the mixing process of atmospheric gas stove is established with the help of CFD simulation software. The reliability of the numerical simulation is verified by comparing the simulation results of the primary air coefficient with the experimental data. The mixing process of gas stove under different working conditions is simulated, and the influence law of hydrodynamic parameters (primary air coefficient, mixing uniformity and Reynolds number) on performance parameters (NOx and CO emission) of gas stove under different working conditions is analyzed, showing that reducing the mixing heterogeneity can inhibit CO emission, and the other two parameters can promote CO emission. The overall law of all parameters and NOx emission is opposite to that of CO emission, but the NOx emission is the lowest at half open, which is due to the fast combustion speed and short contact time between reaction products and chemicals under this working condition.
