锅支架对燃气灶具热效率的影响研究

摘要: 家用灶具自能效实施以来,热效率数值不断刷新,节能指标成为灶具行业的竞争焦点。如何将灶具热效率提升成为每家企业研究的重要方向,灶具的热效率除了与燃烧器本身有着直接的关系外,锅支架对热效率的影响也是很大的,特别是现在的一些高能效的灶具,锅支架对热效率的提升起了至关重要的作用。为研究清楚锅支架与热效率的关系从而提升灶具热效率,从传热学的角度展开分析,得出锅支架与提升热效率的关系并进行实际的验证,最后得出锅支架聚能盘大小、排烟间隙、聚能盘层数等都可以影响灶具热效率。

Abstract: Since the implementation of energy efficiency, the heat efficiency of gas stove has been constantly updated, and the energy-saving index has become the focus of competition in the cookers industry. How to improve the heat efficiency of gas stove has become an important research direction of every enterprise. In addition to the direct relationship between the heat efficiency of gas stove and the burner itself, the pan support has a great impact on the heat efficiency, especially for some high-efficiency cooking utensils nowadays, the pan support plays a vital role in improving the heat efficiency. In order to study the relationship between the pan support and the heat efficiency so as to improve the heat efficiency of the gas stove, analyzes from the perspective of heat transfer, obtains the relationship between the pan support and the improvement of the heat efficiency and carries out practical verification. Finally, it is concluded that the size of the pan support energy accumulation plate, the smoke exhaust gap and the number of layers of the energy accumulation plate can all affect the heat efficiency of the gas stove.
