高能效定频家用空调器制冷系统的设计浅析

摘要: 随着“双碳”目标要求完成时间越来越近,作为耗能大户,家用空调器的节能要求也是不断提高,高能效的家用空调器已越来越来被要求广泛应用。目前国内市场上主要的高能效空调器,都是变频产品,高能效目标相对容易实现,但海外市场对定频空调器产品短期内仍有较大需求,特别是中东、泰国和以色列地区。着重分析了此类高能效空调器系统中,制冷剂充注量、两器流程设计、风扇电机转速、压缩机排量等空调器关键指标,对空调制冷系统的影响;详细分析了制冷剂充注量偏多或偏少对压缩机及制冷系统的影响并提出制冷剂充注量是否合适的判定方法;分析了室内外机换热器流路设计与空调器制冷或制热效果的对应关系;分析了压缩机排量大小及室内外机风扇电机转速对制冷系统能力能效的影响;最后汇总了高能效空调器系统匹配的注意事项。

Abstract: As the "double carbon" target is getting higher and closer, as a major energy consumer, the energy-saving requirements of household air conditioners are also constantly improving, and energy-efficient household air conditioners have been increasingly required to be widely used. At present, the main energy-efficient air conditioners in the domestic market are frequency conversion products, and the energy-efficient goal is relatively easy to achieve, but there is still a large demand for fixed frequency air conditioners in the overseas market in the short term, especially in the Middle East, Thailand and Israel. Mainly analyzes the influence of the key indexes of the air conditioner, such as the refrigerant charge, the design of the two air conditioners, the fan motor speed, the compressor displacement, on the air conditioning refrigeration system in this kind of energy-efficient air conditioner system. The influence of more or less refrigerant charge on the compressor and refrigeration system is analyzed, and the judgment method of whether the refrigerant charge is appropriate is put forward. The corresponding relationship between the displacement of compressor and the volume ratio of indoor and outdoor heat exchanger is analyzed, and the matters needing attention in the selection of high energy efficiency air conditioning system are summarized.
