摘要: 模态分析对于产品设计优化、工程结构稳定性、损伤检测等具有很大的意义,而振动测试技术是模态分析的基础。以压电传感器为主的接触式测量试验,都必须在工件表面安装接触式感应器,如加速度传感器等。因此,以激光多普勒测振技术为代表的非接触式测试技术,能够避免附加质量影响,对此类测试有优势。为了解不同测试工具、手段在实际工程环境中的表现,以便获得更高精度的测量数据,进行了压电传感器与多普勒激光测振仪在模态测试中的精度对比,得出在低阶模态中,压电传感器与激光测振仪的模态精度相同,而在高阶模态中,激光测振仪在测量精度、无附加质量影响、振型表现等方面存在优势。

Abstract: Modal analysis is of great significance for product design optimization, engineering structure stability, damage detection, etc., and vibration testing technology is the basis of modal analysis. For the contact measurement test based on piezoelectric sensors, contact sensors, such as acceleration sensors, must be installed on the workpiece surface. Therefore, the non-contact testing technology represented by laser Doppler vibration measurement technology can avoid the influence of additional mass and has advantages for such testing. In order to understand the performance of different test tools and means in the actual engineering environment, so as to obtain higher precision measurement data. The accuracy comparison between piezoelectric sensor and Doppler laser vibrometer in modal testing is carried out. It is concluded that the modal accuracy of piezoelectric sensor and laser vibrometer is the same in low-order mode, while in high-order mode, laser vibrometer has advantages in measurement accuracy, no additional mass effect and vibration mode performance.
