摘要: 为了研究管路几何形状对其振动模态性能的影响,以某空调外机的一段管路为研究对象,对其几何尺寸进行参数化建模,通过响应面DOE分析及灵敏度分析,研究管路的几何参数对其模态性能和质量的影响,从而得到优化效率较高的参数对其模态性能进行优化,最后通过整机试验验证了优化方法的有效性。

Abstract: To study the influence of geometry parameters to mode performance and mass of pipes, taking a section of pipeline of an outdoor unit as research object and creating geometry parameters of the shape of pipes, according to response surface DOE analysis and sensitivity analysis, the influence of geometric parameters to modal performance and mass are studied in order to find which parameters have high efficiency to optimize its modal frequency, at last, the effectiveness of this method was proved by test of whole system.
