摘要: 为了使语音空调不仅可以支持某种特定方言识别能力,更能精准智能判断用户所使用的方言种类,整体模型架构上优选Attention-based Encoder-Decoder端到端系统算法结合SMAD技术,采用以语音发音特征、发音位置等微观表示的方法,搭建跨方言语音端到端识别系统,以及基于Conformer-Transformer的方言和唤醒词联合训练方法,最终实现语音空调基于小数据集的方言识别引擎建模,并在小资源系统上完成方言唤醒和语种自适应判断的功能。

Abstract: In order to make the speech air conditioner not only support the recognition ability of a specific dialect, but also accurately and intelligently judge the dialect type used by users, the Attention-based Encoder-Decoder end-to-end system algorithm is preferred in the overall model architecture. Combined with SMAD technology, the end-to-end recognition system of cross dialect speech is built by using micro representation methods such as speech pronunciation characteristics and pronunciation positions, and the joint training method of dialect and wake-up words based on the conformer-transformer, which finally realizes the modeling of dialect recognition engine based on small data set, and realizes the functions of dialect wake-up and language adaptive judgment on the small resource system.
