多联机空调系统制冷剂泄漏保护控制研究

摘要: 随着多联机空调系统的发展,在保证质量的前提下,市场对多联机空调产品的成本有了越来越高的要求。目前市场上的一些小容量的多联机机型中取消了高低压压力传感器,而是通过温度或是采用饱和温度推算压力的方法对系统进行控制;但在实际系统运转中,系统无可避免的存在由于温度变化的滞后性导致的抽真空运行或制冷剂泄漏运行等异常情况。本文分析了机组在不同制冷剂泄漏状态下的运行状态,比较了不同制冷剂泄漏量下机组运行参数的变化情况,提出了多参数协同参与的制冷剂泄漏异常控制,为小型多联机的制冷剂泄漏异常保护控制的研究提供控制思路与实验数据。

Abstract: With the development of VRF air conditioning systems, on the premise of ensuring quality, the market has higher and higher requirements for the cost of VRF air-conditioning products. At present, some small-capacity VRF in the market control the refrigeration system by temperature or the method of estimating pressure from saturation temperature, instead of high and low pressure pressure sensors. However, in the actual operation, the system inevitably has abnormal conditions such as vacuuming operation or refrigerant leakage operation caused by the hysteresis of temperature measurement. This paper analyzes the operating state, compares the operating parameters under different refrigerant leakage rate, and puts forward the abnormal control of refrigerant leakage with multi-parameter collaborative participation, which provides control ideas and experimental data for the research of refrigerant leakage.
