摘要: 在家用空调器制冷剂泄漏检测中,特征参数的选取对其判断准确性有着重要的影响,因此对特征参数的选取以及泄漏量对于特征参数的影响进行了研究。采用主成分分析法对总结的吸气温度、排气温度等21个特征参数进行了选取,得到了六种不同的特征参数,即:吸气温度、排气温度、蒸发温度、吸气压力、排气压力和运行电流,就可以判断制冷剂是否发生泄漏。除此之外,通过实验以及模拟得到了不同泄漏量下六种特征参数的变化趋势,在实验的基础上对于六种特征参数的重要度进行了排序,由高到低为:蒸发温度、吸气温度、吸气压力、排气压力、运行电流、排气温度,为以后制冷剂泄漏检测软件的编写提供了基础。

Abstract: In the detection of refrigerant leakage of household air conditioner, the selection of characteristic parameters has an important influence on its judgment accuracy, so the selection of characteristic parameters and the influence of leakage amount on characteristic parameters are studied. Principal component analysis was used to select 21 characteristic parameters such as suction temperature and exhaust temperature, and six different characteristic parameters were obtained, namely, suction temperature, exhaust temperature, evaporation temperature, suction pressure, exhaust pressure and operating current, so as to determine whether the refrigerant leaks. In addition, through the experiment and simulation is obtained under different leakage six characteristic parameters change trend, on the basis of experiment for six characteristic parameters, the importance of from high to low is: the evaporation temperature, suction temperature, suction pressure, exhaust pressure, current operation, exhaust temperature, for the writing of the refrigerant leakage detection software provides the basis.
