基于CAE仿真的超薄滚筒箱体研究

摘要: 以超薄滚筒洗衣机箱体作为研究对象,首先利用Simcenter3D仿真软件进行箱体的有限元模态仿真,获取固有频率与振型;其次进行箱体模态试验测试,验证仿真分析的准确性;最后对箱体结构进行拓扑优化,并对优化后的结构进行仿真验证。通过本文的研究,设计一种更加优化的箱体加强筋结构,将箱体第一阶固有频率从36 Hz提高到70.9 Hz,实现箱体刚度提高、避免外部激励引发的共振现象、降低整机振动和噪声量的目的。

Abstract: The research object was the ultrathin drum washing machine, Firstly, the case was simulated by Simcenter3D simulation software, to got the natural frequency and mode of vibration. Secondly, the modal test of the case was designed, to verified the accuracy of simulation analysis. Last but not the least, the case structure was topologically optimized and verified by simulation. According to the research, the reasonable reinforcement structure was designed, the first natural frequency of the case was increased from 36 Hz to 70.9 Hz, to improve the rigidity of the case, to avoided resonance phenomena caused by external excitation, and to reduced vibration and noise of the whole machine.
