摘要: 大容量是滚筒洗衣机发展的一个重要方向,大容量滚筒洗衣机是基于整机宽度不变、深度不变或变化很少的情况下,主要通过增加内桶的直径和优化整机深度方向上各部件的设计来提升容量。因为整机箱体的宽度不变,内桶直径的增加,势必会造成内桶与外桶之间的间隙和外桶与箱体之间的间隙减少。通过整机宽度方向的系统设计与测试,阐述在安全间隙的范围内,提升整机的容量。

Abstract: Large capacity is an important direction of the development of washing machine. The so-called large capacity washing machine is based on the situation of constant width, constant depth or little change of the whole machine. It mainly improves the capacity of the whole machine by increasing the diameter of the drum and optimizing the design of the parts in the depth direction of the whole machine. Because the width of cabinet is constant and the diameter of drum increases, the gap between the drum with the tub and the gap between the tub with the cabinet will be reduced. In this paper, through the system design and test of the width direction of the whole machine, the capacity of the whole machine is improved in the range of safety clearance.
