双桶洗衣机脱水桶动力学特性研究

摘要: 将双桶洗衣机脱水桶的运动模型简化为平面二自由度模型,利用达郎贝尔原理建立了双桶洗衣机脱水桶的运动方程,并对所建立方程进行求解,绘制了两个自由度的幅频特性曲线和桶部件顶端的合位移曲线,研究了脱水桶附加质量的高度对脱水桶振动的影响,最后通过CAE技术,对脱水桶悬置系统进行了模态分析和频率响应分析,验证了所建立的运动方程的正确性和可行性。

Abstract: For the twin tub washing machine, the motion of spinning tub is firstly simplified to two degrees of freedom model, the equation of motion is then established by using D′Alembert principle. The dynamic equation is solved and the amplitude-frequency curves of two degrees of freedom are drawn. Then the influence of attached mass ring height on the spinning tub vibration is studied. At last, the finite element method is used to perform modal analysis and frequency response analysis for spinning tub, the CAE analysis result is to confirm the correlation and feasibility of the established dynamic equation.
