摘要: 环境保护已经成为全球可持续发展的目标。主要对纳米弥散管应用在波峰焊局部氮气保护焊接工艺中,通过对氮气流体力学、锡炉结构以及氮气浓度对锡渣产生量的分析,开发出一种能使氮气在局部位置到达一定浓度并保持平衡的装置。通过仿真软件模拟氮气的分布状况并结合实验验证,最终确定了合理的氮气浓度范围,成功实现了节省焊料、提高产品质量、降低成本的目的。

Abstract: Environmental protection has become the goal of global sustainable development. Analysis of the application of nano diffusion pipe in the local nitrogen protection welding process of wave soldering, By analyzing the amount of dross generated by nitrogen hydrodynamics, tin furnace structure, and nitrogen concentration, a device was developed to allow nitrogen to reach a certain concentration and maintain equilibrium at a local location. Through simulation software to simulate the distribution of nitrogen and combined with experimental verification, a reasonable range of nitrogen concentration was finally determined, and the purpose of saving solder, improving product quality and reducing cost was successfully achieved.
