基于ARMA模型的超薄滚筒箱体模态研究

Modal research of ultrathin drum washing machine case based on ARMA model

摘要: 受居住环境空间限制,洗衣机产品通常需要在装修时做嵌入式放置。超薄箱体、大容量的滚筒洗衣机的开发就是为了弥补空间不足的缺点,这对超薄箱体的结构设计提出了更高的要求。以滚筒洗衣机超薄箱体为研究对象,使用Simcenter3D仿真软件建模仿真得到箱体的前十阶固有频率。利用ARMA时间序列模型和稳定图法快速甄别仿真结果的可靠性,为后续优化超薄箱体的结构设计提供重要的技术保障。

Abstract: Due to the limitation of living space, washing machine products usually need to be embedded during decoration. In order to make up for the lack of space, develop ultra-thin box, large capacity drum washing machine, which puts forward higher requirements for the design of the ultra-thin cabinets. Take the ultra-thin box of the drum washing machine as the research object, use Simcenter3D simulation software to model the first ten natural frequencies of the cabinets. At the same time, use ARMA time series model and stability graph method to quickly identify the reliability of simulation results, which provide strong technical support for the optimization of the structural design of the ultra-thin cabinets in the future.
