家用变频空调压缩机弱磁控制策略

The flux-weaking control of air conditioner compressor

摘要: 家用变频控制对压缩机的转速有比较高的要求。弱磁控制是一种对提高压缩机运行转速的重要策略。在压缩机采用FOC矢量控制的基础上,通过分析压缩机的控制模型,得出弱磁理论负id补偿法。然后建立负id补偿法弱磁控制模型。该模型通过输出电压和目标电压,调节得到弱磁补偿量,并在弱磁控制环路中增加低通滤波模块和抗扰动钳位模块,降低稳态情况下的弱磁输出的扰动,提高控制稳定性。最后把算法应用在变频空调上,实验验证负id补偿弱磁方案可以提高压缩机转速,稳态情况下弱磁补偿量没扰动。

Abstract: The air conditioner has higher requirements for the speed of compressor.Flux weaking control is an important strategy to improve the running speed of compressor.On the basis of FOC vector control adopted by the compressor,analy the control model of the compressor, the negative id compensation is obtained by analyzing the control model of the compressor.Then the flux weaking control model of negative id compensation method is established. The model adjusts the output voltage and the target voltage to obtain the flux weak compensation, and adds a low pass filter module and an anti disturbance clamping module in the flux weak control loop to reduce the disturbance of flux weak output in the steady state and improve the control stability. Finally, the algorithm is applied to variable-frequency air conditioning, and the experimental results show that the negative id compensation flux weak scheme can improve the compressor speed, and the flux weak compensation is not disturbed in the steady state.
